At MATTE Projects, Guadalupe serves as Associate Creative Director, leading creative direction for clients including Amazon Studios (Legally Blonde), Skylrk (Justin Bieber), Disney, Lululemon, and Parsel, among others. Her work spans brand campaigns, visual identities, and integrated executions across digital, OOH, and experiential. She concepted and executed popups and live brand experiences, collaborating closely with experiential designers to bring each world to life. Acting as creative lead on pitches and new business, she oversees concept development and client-facing presentations from brief through delivery, while also managing and mentoring the creative team day to day.
